awful drinks little atmosphere
The hotel bungalows were clean with basic amenities. Food is fresh with lots of varieties drinks. The pools are clean.
The inclusive drinks were awful. Paper cups were used and it tasted watered down. It was difficult to even differentiate drinks. The entertainment had theatre shows for 45 minutes and then a little music at the pool bar. The atmosphere was very little.

fantastic family stay
spacious bungalow private patio comfortable bed wardrobe hanging
the bungalow was spacious and included its own patio. i found two bathrooms, one partially open air which i loved. the bed was very comfortable and large enough for everyone. there was also a sofa bed already made in the living area offering plenty of space. i really appreciated the plentiful wardrobe hanging space.

the hotel gardens feature beautiful plants and trees. the pools were available though i preferred nearby beaches. papagayo beach is a must see if you have a car, i recommend it.

breakfasts had a great selection and variety with everything one could want. i found plenty of choice for everyone and the food was excellent. the staff was pleasant and helpful providing prompt service. i would highly recommend dining here

the rooms are large and spacious, perfect for families or groups. housekeeping was very good maintaining cleanliness . rooms include two televisions offering variety for different tastes. a powerful hairdryer is available for guest use.

The hotel provided archery. Highropes and football. the food service lasted all day long! four pools and a splash park served guests.

Great Stay, Friendly Staff
awesome team varied food clean pool holiday fun
The animation team was awesome, especially Martina, Raul, and Sandro. The food selection was varied, with American dishes. The swimming pool was clean and well kept. We had a great time there. The evening entertainment, especially the shows, added to the holiday fun.
The all-inclusive drink quality was a little inconsistent, sometimes the mixers tasted like syrup, and drinks were served in paper cups. This was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel features multiple pools, including a dedicated children's water park with slides. There is a large theatre which hosts evening entertainment. The walkways around the hotel are lined with flowering shrubs. SUN loungers are available near the pools.

The staff are friendly. They addressed our concerns promptly. Housekeeping maintained the rooms with fresh towels. Bar staff provided drinks in a timely manner. It was really appreciated!
